We enjoyed our stay surrounded by verdant tea plantations. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, assisting us with arranging sightseeing. The hotel facilities were great- we particularly enjoyed the campfire organised by the staff. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean with a fantastic view.
Could not be improved in any way.

This hotel was situated in the heart of a beautiful natural setting, which we loved. It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. the food was also fantastic, with a great range of traditional dishes on offer.
That the Wi-Fi was not always reliable and we struggled to get a good signal in our room. there was no television in our room which was a bit disappointing.

The location is unbeatable, surrounded by beautiful tea plantations and great views from the spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us through sightseeing options and arranging a lovely campfire. One of the best aspects was the 24hr hot water availability, which was a great relief after the cold weather.
There were some inconveniences during our stay, such as poor connectivity and no intercom in the room. The Wi-Fi was available but not reachable in the room, which was a downside.
